SR SECONDARY :  SCIENCE PARK GOPESHWAR

A Science Park in Kothiyalsain, near the district headquarters of Gopeshwar in Uttarakhand, was established to provide free scientific education and equipment access to local school students. Initiated by the district administration, this center features educational exhibits sourced from Hyderabad to promote science education, housed in a renovated Social Welfare Department building.

Defence Institute of Bio-Energy Research (DIBER)

Defence Institute of Bio-Energy Research (DIBER), a defence laboratory of Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), is engaged in the development of technologies and products in the areas of Bio-energy and Biofuel for the use of the Indian Military. 

Excursions in Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVS) provide students with essential experiential learning, connecting theoretical classroom knowledge to real-world contexts. These trips enhance academic retention, develop critical thinking and social skills, and foster curiosity, cultural awareness, and teamwork, facilitating holistic development in alignment with NEP 2020 guidelines.
